Recording: 2023 Endurance Athlete Nutrition Seminar

I was thrilled to have the opportunity to speak to a group of endurance athletes in Fairbanks, Alaska as part of our nutrition seminar. It was truly an honor to be able to share my knowledge and expertise with such a dedicated and passionate group of individuals. We discussed a wide range of topics related to nutrition and endurance sports, including the importance of proper fueling, strategies for optimizing performance, and ways to prevent injury and illness. I was impressed by the level of engagement and enthusiasm from the audience, and I hope that everyone who attended found the seminar to be informative and helpful. For those who were unable to join us in person, we have made a recording of the seminar available so that you can still benefit from the valuable insights and advice that were shared.
